No software should make that promise without your printer. Prooflet prepares an organized artwork package and reports known gaps, while formal validation and production approval remain with prepress.
Yes. Your export includes what your designer needs to rebuild the named artwork layers in Illustrator. Direct Illustrator file import is not currently supported.
Designing and previewing is free. Plans include a pool of SKU credits that covers 12 months of launches; past your credits, each additional completed SKU has a clear flat rate based on your plan. Pay-as-you-go has no base fee — you pay per completed SKU. Re-exporting an unchanged SKU (for example, a warning-rotation refresh) bills at a discounted relabel rate.
Yes. Contact us whenever you need to change or cancel your plan. Self-serve plan management is coming soon. If you cancel partway through a 12-month credit period, credits used beyond your paid months are trued up at your plan's per-SKU rate.
