Use of Prooflet

Prooflet helps teams create, check, and prepare cannabis packaging artwork packages. The service is intended for business users, including licensed producers, cannabis brands, packaging teams, regulatory teams, and authorized vendors.

Compliance responsibility

Prooflet provides rule checks and review evidence. It does not replace customer review, regulatory judgement, converter acceptance, or legal advice. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of product facts, artwork inputs, and final release decisions.

Generated outputs

Outputs may include artwork files, compliance reports, conformance-gap reports, manifests, hashes, and related review evidence. Export claims must be read together with the limitations page.

Customer content

Customers retain responsibility for artwork, trademarks, product data, warnings, claims, and other content they provide. Customers should not upload content they do not have permission to use.

Availability

The current website includes static placeholders. Live accounts, saved projects, file uploads, queue-backed exports, and downloadable artifacts require the hosted app layer.

Changes

Terms will change as the product moves from static shell to hosted app. Production customer terms should be versioned and accepted inside the app before commercial use.
